Listening to and recognizing the ideas of young people is fundamental for our community. That is why we seek to encourage young people to discover their skills and knowledge through programs to support their education financially, currently more than 100 young people are children of our small producers.
We also promote spaces in our organization for the connection of young people, providing ideas and strategies for our community’s needs.

Our priority is that the new generations take care of our customs and protect the environment, for this reason, another of the most outstanding projects is that of the young coffee growers, which developed in the parents of the young people who in their children and Our technical team invented the young FTO coffee offer, inspired by the motivation and passion of the new generations.

From the first generations, we seek to make an essential contribution to their education, therefore using the academic strengthening of our children, providing with the necessary means, school kits, clothing aids, and constant interaction with other educational entities to exchange knowledge.
