As we mentioned before, its wonderful reliefs and climates have allowed the cultivation of different varieties of coffee in the country with special attributes.
You should know that Colombian coffee is one of the few single-origin coffees that are sold internationally today. 66% of coffee trees grow on modern plantations, in Colombia, there are more than 500,000 coffee producing families and 2 million Colombians depend on their production specifically, most of the inhabitants of rural areas.

It is a representative drink for all Colombians, it represents the countryside, tradition and family.
Many of the expert tasters of Colombian coffee have some characteristics in common; clean cup, medium / high acidity and body, pronounced and full aroma.
The coffee grown in Colombia has a Designation of Geographical Origin, granted by the Commission of the European Union, certifying the quality and uniqueness of its characteristics.

The coffee zones in Colombia are distributed in 588 municipalities and 20 coffee departments, all of which have different thermal levels and unique climatic characteristics.
